What does our company name mean?

PFP stands for “People for People”. When our founder thought about a name to use for the company back in 2017 when he first had the idea to start the company but no money and no knowledge to start with, all he thought about was to build a company that stand for something. That’s how inspired by God, he called the company People For People (PFP) Senior Home Care which means we put people and their needs at the core of our services. We actively listen to our consumers and their families to ensure that all are treated with dignity and respect. As a result, our caregivers and employees strive every day to fulfill our purpose of engaging hearts, erasing physical and mental boundaries while making Long-Term Living a reality in our communities.

Our Core Values

We strive to anticipate and meet the needs of our Consumers and Caregivers and Co-workers.

Patient first
We strive to deliver the best to every consumer every day. The consumer is our priority in everything we do.

We communicate openly and honestly, build trust and conduct ourselves according to the highest ethical standards.

We treat each participant, those we serve and those with whom we work, with the highest professionalism and dignity.

We strive to give each individual we work with the independence to innovate our approach to care, and to those we serve, our focus is to help them live independently in their own homes.

We promote collaboration within each segment of our consumer care delivery and in the same harmony, we harness the strengths of each of our participants.
